I think the location is ideal for accessing Bournemouth's attractions, including the International Centre. The hotel provided free private parking. That was very useful. the room had a large, bright bathroom. the staff were very nice and also helpful .
the coffee and tea in the room tasted strange! perhaps it was the water.

Dave, the manager, was very nice and willing to help guests with their needs. staff members were friendly and cute. They ensured a pleasant experience. the staff were very helpful throughout my stay.

A continental breakfast was provided. It had a good selection of options. the breakfast was more than adequate. i did not book food but the hotel provided a continental-style breakfast.

the hotel offers ample free private parking with cctv surveillance for vehicle safety. the location was a short walk to the seafront and town centre. the lobby area and bar were clean and nice.

The room was super clean. it was modern and had a good view. the bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. This was very welcome after long travel.
the coffee and tea in the room tasted bad. it tasted like bad water. there was also a musty smell in the hotel itself, noticeable upon entering.
